The most unfortunate day...
I would like to think that I lead an interesting and rather different life. haha... My friend, S, wanted to rename her blog as "Kelly's Antics" to reflect things that happen to me each day... That's a POSITIVE confirmation of how interesting my life is... muahahahaha...
Okay, that's enough bragging.. =)
Today's really the most unfortunate day (I refuse to use THAT word that starts with a 'U' and ends with a 'Y'... that just sounds more ominous than unfortunate... to me at least =P). I shall list the entire day's unfortunate events in chronologically.
1) I went to the canteen to get drinks. While trying to juggle 2 cups of hot drinks, I spilt REALLY HOT tea on to my hand and some of it splattered onto the nice and clean
WHITE blouse that I was wearing. Now, that sucked.
2) While waiting for the darn shuttle bus to get to Canteen 2, a dumb lizard dropped on my head!!!! Can you believe that?!?!?
What happened was: I felt something drop on my head and thinking that it was some leaf, I just casually tried to sweep it away using one hand. To my utmost
HORROR, I saw a damn bloody lizard on my hand!! Both S and I started screaming and jumping around like 2 mad women, while I was frantically trying to flick it off my hand... ARGH!! GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! And I was so derailed and traumatised after that that I started feeling like there were "things" dropping on my head even though there was none.
3) After that lizard incident, I went to the toilet to wash up. So everything was fine UNTIL i was back at the darn bus stop. Without thinking, I just tried sitting down on those seats at the bus stop. Then S was like, "Hey! Issit wet?" (Coz it was raining before that). But by then, it was a bit too late so half my butt was already on the seat. So there I was with the wet butt, while S was laughing her head off AGAIN!! hahaha...
So that's how my eventful day went.... gosh, think i should just go and sleep before more lizards decide to make my head their resting place... eeeeeeeewwwwwwwww
