Days are flying by!!!
Oh no... days are really flying by!!! gosh, it's already a Friday.. that means 2 more weeks till the start of work! aaaaahhhhhhhhh..... that sucks!! And I'm already called up to go for a meeting on monday when I haven't officially started work, not forgetting the advance preparation stuff for work which I have yet to read... oh my... i'm still trying to be positive here... trying my best...
But anyway, lots of events going on in my life right now.. Celebrated my 22nd birthday on Sunday.. cool (see the delibrate attempt to avoid whining about my age)!! haha.. though there was a minor hiccup along the way, everything else was great or rather romantic... =) Wei never fails to surprise me every year *grin*

Then on Wednesday, we decided to go down to Sentosa for a tan in the name of spontaneity! haha.. It was really funny coz when we were all ready to go (as in all packed up and stuff), it started pouring like mad... So Wei started thinking of backup plans while I was still trying my best to be optimistic and convince him of how the rain was probably caused by a passing cloud when in actual fact, the whole sky was gray.. hahaha.. But in any case, the rain did eventually stop and the sun finally came out by the time we reached Sentosa!! YIPPEEEE!!!!! I prayed really hard for the record.. hee
Since we were already at Sentosa, I suggested going for the Musical Fountain show in the evening to end the day! Hey, I haven't been there since I was 7 or something!! Apparently, Wei wasn't really amused but he went along anyway (being a sweetie as usual =P)... haha... Yup, so instead of a nice and comfy ride outta Sentosa, the both of us had to squeeze with a zillion tourists on the bus, all of whom are going to see the musical fountain as well. This was followed by a mad dash to the open area where the show was gonna be staged (everyone started running, dunno for what - the show was slated to start at 740 and the bus reached at about 710). I'm laughing my ass off now as I think back on what happened then... hahaha... Anyway, since we were early and the show hadn't started, we decided to go trigger happy (yes, okay, it was my initiative coz I was getting bored)... heehee
I think I look stupid here... my face is so round! Argh... but if it makes you smile, I'm cool.. =)Then, Wei said something really funny... "I feel like I'm a tourist in Chi**." hahahaha... you see, we were all surrounded by people from that country.. they were smoking, yelling (or rather, talking), trying to all squeeze in the centre when there is space at the side etc etc... gosh, not that I wanna have a bad impression of those people but their mannerisms really warrant such discriminated thinking. Anyway, back to matters on a lighter note, yea it really did feel like we were on a holiday in Chi**, watching some fountain show there... hahaha... But all in all, that day ended well =)
Nothing much happened on Thursday though. But now that it's already Friday, reality hits! Gotta continue doing up my room and start reading those advance preparation stuff.. Ciao!
